The RF-912B is engineered with a rugged Cast Structure to provide superior mechanical strength and vibration absorption during intense cutting cycles. For secure workpiece handling, the machine features a Tru-Lock vise and a Fully Adjustable Hydraulic Downfeed Control, allowing the operator to manage the cutting rate with precision. This model utilizes a versatile 4 Step Belt Speeds pully drive system, enabling the user to choose the optimal cutting speed for different materials. Cutting stability and extended blade life are guaranteed through the use of Carbide Bearing Guides. The machine is further enhanced with a Coolant System for wet cutting and a vise capable of Angle Cutting From 0º – 45º Degrees. Standard equipment includes a Bi-metal Blade, Chip Brush, Length Stop Set, and a Standard Toggle Switch, with a Magnetic Switch available as an option.

The RF-912B delivers impressive cutting capacities: it can handle Round cutting up to 229 mm (9 inch) at 0 degrees and 150 mm (6 inch) at 45 degrees. For Rectangular cutting, it supports up to 200 x 305 mm (8 x 12 inch) at 0 degrees and 157 x 150 mm (5 x 6 inch) at 45 degrees.

Driven by a 1 HP Main Motor, the machine offers variable speeds based on power frequency: 32-60-88-115 m/min at 60Hz and 26-50-73-95 m/min at 50Hz. The Saw Blade measures 27 x 0.9 x 2655 mm (1.06 x 0.035 x 104.5 inch).
